2. Services (Labor & Professional Work)
Due to the nature of service-based work (including but not limited to plumbing, water heaters, tankless systems, boilers, inspections, and repairs), refunds are handled as follows:

Completed Services: Once a service has been completed, refunds are generally not provided for labor already performed.

Service Issues: If you believe the service was not performed as agreed, you must notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, offer a correction, rework, or partial refund at our discretion.

Cancellations made before work has begun may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any administrative or material costs incurred.

Same-day or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Products & Materials
If products or materials are sold or supplied:

Unused and Uninstalled Products: May be eligible for a refund if returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of purchase.

Installed Products: Products that have been installed or used are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.

Special Orders: Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
4. Deposits
Deposits may be required for certain jobs or materials:

Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started or materials have been ordered.

If a project is canceled before work begins, deposit refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
